"Conjunto La Conquista de la Rivera" members continue to shine at our school, with senior three-year basketball letterman Angel Montoya proudly representing Rivera both on the court and through music.

Following our recent post on Angel, Ruben Juarez from ValleyCentral.com (CBS 4) visited our campus today during practice to speak with Angel and his brother, JC Montoya. JC serves as a police officer with Brownsville ISD Police/Security Services, and together they also discussed their own band.
